Dear IADD Members and Industry Colleagues,
As leaders, you’ve spent the last decade focusing on change as a needed part of your culture to move forward. But now, amid one of the biggest “change challenges” of your career, do you feel stuck in place, wondering which direction is the right direction when it comes to leading your employees during this pandemic? Hear diecutting/diemaking industry HR expert, Jill Kopanis, Vice President, HR, at Dynamic Dies, Inc., explore insights into areas including:
Legal Smegal – What do I do with the new US FMLA regs? Do I pay for an exposure? Do I pay for testing? What if an employee tests positive?
Destressing Employee Stress – Exploring the “new” basic employee needs. What you can do to make an impact.
Zoom Fatigue – How to energize your remote staff meetings and keep employees engaged.
Work from Home – What should be considered, how do I establish guidelines, am I liable for workers comp issues at home?
And we will answer questions submitted by attendees.
Many of us are saying “It’s no longer a matter of 'if' an employee gets it, it’s a matter of when.” Join us Thursday, July 30 for FREE 60–minute online meeting and gain insight into what you can CHOOSE to do during these CHALLENGING times and what CHANGE you can make to be successful in leading your employees.
